When you submit the consultation or inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, current education level, target countries, intended major, optional English-proficiency score, and whatever you write in the message field. If you book and pay for a session, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to you, to provide the mentorship you asked about, and to process any session payment. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

To run the site we rely on a small set of trusted, industry-standard service providers. Your data may pass through them strictly so the site can function:

• A secure cloud database provider stores your form submissions.
• A managed hosting provider runs and serves this website.
• An email-delivery service sends the notification emails your submissions generate.
• A bot-protection service blocks spam and automated abuse on our forms.
• A PCI-compliant payment processor handles session payments — your card details go directly to them and never to us.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies — the kind required to keep the site working, verify you're human on our forms, and process payments. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you won't see a cookie-consent banner here.

Retention & your rights

We keep your submission only as long as needed to help you, and you can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@t4nvir.com. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.
